Day 18: My hCG Challange by Fatlossbasics.com

Today I've completed the 18th day of the hCG diet program. So this morning when I weighed myself, I weighed a 133.4 so I gained 0.2 lbs but I still lost a total of 15.6 lbs so it’s still a good number.  I was really surprised to see that number this morning when I got on the scale because I didn't have any dieting errors. I stopped exactly to the original protocol, had no substitution or anything like that. So I'm a little disheartened.

One thing that I think may have really affected it which I found really surprising was I put lotion on my hands. I mean it was really a small amount just because I was starting or I already had some pretty big dry spots and one of them actually cracked and I was a little bit of bleeding so that's why I put some lotion on. And apparently lotion as they say, cosmetics is definitely out of the question well on most diet so that's the only thing I can think of as to why I would have gained of 0.2 lbs because truly, I mean I drink my water.  Maybe I should be drinking more water?

My dieting was perfect to no errors, no, nothing. So hopefully today with no lotion and again another perfect diet I will be able to make up for yesterday or for today's gain. Excuse me. So other than that I tried shrimp again tonight for dinner so it's been almost exactly a week.

Last Monday what I did was I had to get up early in the morning and I sautéed the shrimp you know just with their own oil and some seasoning and ever since I did that I was just, “Oh the smell of shrimp.” It was so hard to choke out that day so I figured alright let's try it again. This time I grilled it so I was outside, and the smell wasn't that strong but as I was eating, I’me lik, “Nope, unfortunately that one morning ruined me for shrimp.” Hopefully not for life because I really do like shrimp. But at least for sautéing and grilling it for now it hasn't been the best experience. 

This week hopefully tomorrow maybe the next day I'm gonna try going to the grocery store and finding that white fish that's on the original protocol and see if I can get some good recipes for, cooking white fish and using the protocol without using any extra fats or cooking oils that so I'd like you to know how that goes. 

 I am a little depressed with the weight gain today, but hopefully tomorrow goes better.
